Eyeliner tips
1.) The pencil type
Its the easier to use. HOWEVER, it smudges quite badly. unless you wan to end up looking like a raccoon. go ahead.
2.) The liquid type
Get the felt tip type.( my personal favorite is the k- palette 24hrs eyeliner) its like the pencil eyeliner minus the smudges. The normal dip in type of eyeliner is slightly more difficult to use. harder to control the movement of the brush.
3.) The eyeshadow type
More natural, HOWEVER they aint waterproof. so yeah, u get the idea.
~
Instruction.
1.) pull the lid taut and place ur elbow on a steady rest( sink, dressing table, wadever that is stable)for balance, draw an even line as close the lashes as possible
2.)
start at the center of the top eyelid and create half of your line to the outside corner of the eye. Extend the top line a little past the corner of the eye. for droopy eyes( or for those who like the cleopatra look), u can choose to wing it up.( like those cat eyes) or for the foxy eyes( like me:C) u can choose to draw the liner downwards. so as to "neutralize" the shape of ur eyes.
3.)
complete the line by restarting at the inner corner and move toward the center connecting the lines
4.) Line the bottom lashline as well. But remember to only start lining from 1/3 of the eyes.
try to line the lower eyelid with eyeshadow/pencil. liquid eyeliner may cause a fierce look.
*tips* Open your mouth when applying your liner to keep your eyes from blinking.
p.s im still new at this. so hmm pls donte criticize me until too badly ok
